Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned in an unused, unopened condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to request a free certificate of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in return post.
For any products you return that are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, please follow the same procedure as above. We will refund you the cost of the return postage as well as the goods and your original posting and packing charge.
